Established September 2010, Shelby Township Farmer’s Market is an outdoor market, situated on an impressive automotive history site – the Packard Proving Grounds.  Half of the proceeds from the market help support the Packard Foundation and it’s volunteers who are working hard with ongoing renovations of the restoration of this beautiful location.

Come on out and stock up on fruits and veggies and all your farm fresh favorites – eggs, honey, maple syrup, bread and bakery items plus much more.

Look for us out in the FRONT yard RAIN or SHINE. May thru Oct, Saturdays 9am – 2pm

History

Established in 1927 by The Packard Motor Car Company, this unique site hosts multiple Albert Kahn designed buildings, located on 14 acres. Come check out the Packard Proving Grounds, a site rich in Detroit’s automotive history.
 

   

Vendors Wanted

We’re looking for farmers, crafters and local artisans to join us for the 2016 season.  Outdoor spaces cost $20 per week, vendors must provide their own tents, tables and display equipment.  The 2017 season begins Saturday, May 20th and runs through Saturday, October 14th at the Harvest Festival. Vendor set up is from 7:30 – 8:30am,  market hours are 9am-2pm – rain or shine.
